The reason I wanted to start this Blog.

I first wanted to say this whole thing was inspired by a good friend from youtube her SN is msdragonfly1 ( http://www.youtube.com/user/msdragonfly1 ). She found out she had an dairy allergy, so... Thank you girl:)





I will be posting things when i go to get groceries and things that deal with this new diet.


You will know what i know when i kjnow it. I hope you injoy. I am a cheese lover so this shall be hard;( but if it helps thats fine i'll find a way to move along... Here are the very very very huge hands of mine.

So i was doing research and sfound alot of thing saying a sign or symptom or the allergy was swealing. i have other symptoms to like dry skin, skin rashes. Bloating, puffy face, tongue.
